Colour Theory and Concealer

You probably remember the colour wheels you use to get in art class at school. The rainbow of colours from red to orange to yellow to green etc.

But how does your old art classes help you choose a concealer?? You probably have seen scary looking green concealer and wondered why anyone would want a green face! But they is a reason why green concealer works so well!

The colour theory is simple. Two colours that lie opposite each other on the colour wheel counteract each other. For example for a green concealer will counteract the redness of a spot, or a yellow concealer will counteract purple-tones in dark under eye circles.

It sounds mad, but try it next time you choose a concealer, you'll be surprised how well it works!
